How buying from us works

The short version: you pay once, the printable is yours to print for the children in your own house, and if something is wrong with your file, we’ll make it right.

Your files

Everything we sell is a print-ready PDF. Nothing is mailed to your house, and there’s no account, no login and no subscription.

Right after you check out, the thank-you page shows your download links, and we email them to you too. The links stay open for seven days, so save the PDFs to your computer once they’re downloaded. After that, the files are yours to keep.

Lost a file, or the links ran out before you saved it? Write to hello@fieldandfable.org and we’ll send it again.

Refunds

Because a printable is yours to keep the moment you download it, we can’t take it back, so we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind.

We will always make it right when something went wrong:

  • Your file won’t open, is missing pages, or prints wrong: we’ll send a fixed file, and if we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you.
  • Your download never came: we’ll send it again.
  • You bought the same thing twice by mistake: we’ll refund the extra one.

Write to hello@fieldandfable.org with the email you used at checkout, and tell us what happened.

Printing and sharing

Print as often as you like for the children in your own house, this year and every year after.

Please don’t pass the PDF along to other families, post it online, or sell it. If you teach a co-op or a class, each family needs its own copy. That’s what keeps the units coming.

The stories, poems and pictures in each unit belong to Field & Fable, apart from the library books we suggest, which belong to their authors.

Privacy

We keep as little about you as we can, and we never sell it.

  • When you buy: Stripe takes your payment. We see your name, your email and what you bought, so we can send your files. We never see your card number.
  • When you sign up for emails or a free printable: we ask only for your email address. Our list is kept by MailerLite, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • On the website: we don’t add advertising or tracking code. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps the ordinary records any website host keeps.

Want us to remove your email or order details? Write to hello@fieldandfable.org and we will.
